JK Rowling on Failure and Imagination
In June 2008, JK Rowling, author of the best-selling Harry Poter book series, delivered a wonderful commencement address to the Harvard Alumni Association.
Her speech about “the Fringe Benefits of Failure, and the Importance of Imagination” is truly magical. Simple, intelligent and with many nuggets of wisdom, she expresses a lot of opinions I share deep down, but can not express as eloquently as she does.
