Never ever use DHL Malaysia....many of us locals complained about their unprofessionalism & reliability. I think it's best to stick with national EMS or Fedex if still prefer using a private courier. Glad your family received the x'mas items though & hope that you had an enjoyable stays in our country...if you haven't went to Sabah (one of many states in Malaysia) please visit there when time permits.
