I am French, living in the US, been contributing (paying over a 1,000 euros per year, since 2 years.) They NEVER REIMBURSED any service at all. Prescription glasses, dental care x-rays, hospital services... They barely answer, they don't explain to me WHY they refuse any kind of reimbursement. One day they say they'll take care of it, the other day they say they didn't receive anything. They just take the money, but don't reimburse what they should according to the contract.
