I guess that the French have the most professional health care insurance systen that covers almost anything. That is an example that all health insurance companies should follow and integrate in their services.

For temporary visit yes you would be covered with your Spanish insurance thanks to the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). If you plan to move to France, then you'd have to check with your insurance to know if they do offer protection if you move there.

I know that most of Europe has the same insurance plans. I would like to know if France has the Spanish SR 22 insurance plan. Can I use the insurance contract I made in Spain if I'm in France?
